Perming enhances the general appearance of eyes. Lash tinting adds definition and gives the appearance of longer, thicker lashes. Both are ideal as a substitute for mascara. Brow tinting is a semi permanent method of colouring lasting between two and six weeks, giving the eyes more definition.
